At check-out campers must turn in their room key, or both campers occupying that room will be charged a $10 lost-key fee.
Every effort is made to ensure safety throughout the camp. Supervision is provided at all camp sessions, at the residence hall and in the cafeteria. Camp counselors are housed with the campers in the residence hall.
Per University policy, each camp employee has completed a thorough criminal and sexual offender background check.
Licensed athletic trainer and training rooms available. Athletic trainer will be staying in the dorms and on call 24/7.
EACH CAMPER MUST PRINT AND COMPLETE THE PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND BRING IT TO CAMP CHECK-IN. (Do not mail the form.)
CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN CAMP IF THEY DO NOT BRING THIS COMPLETED FORM. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Athletic Trainer will be available at camp check-in and at all practice sessions to discuss any questions or concerns regarding campers' medication or previous/existing
For Resident Campers, all meals will be served cafeteria style in the university cafeteria. The camp offers an all you can eat meal plan. Resident campers will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the cafeteria everyday except on Check-In day (only dinner) and Check-Out day (only breakfast).
Resident Campers will be housed in an air-conditioned university residence hall within walking distance to the camp practice facility. Each room has two beds. Due to fire code only two people per room are allowed.
We are unable to provide on-campus housing to anyone other than registered resident campers and then only for the dates that the camp is in session. We will not be able to accommodate campers that arrive early or stay late.
Laundry can be done in the dorms, make sure to bring laundry soap, fabric softners, and money.
